Using ScaleConsole

Terms of Use

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These terms describe use of ScaleConsole, operated under the SKOUL GROUP name. ScaleConsole provides ecommerce workspaces, reporting tools, and tools for preparing Meta advertising.

Creating an account means accepting these terms and the store-data processing terms in our Privacy Policy. Read both before connecting a store.

Your account and connected stores

Use ScaleConsole only for accounts, stores, advertising assets and data that you are authorized to access and manage. Keep your sign-in credentials secure and provide accurate information. You remain responsible for the integrations you authorize and for permissions granted to people who can access your account.

Do not attempt to access another user's workspace, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or upload unlawful or unauthorized content. You must have the rights needed to use any videos, images, text, product data and other material you provide.

Free access and service changes

The current version is available without a ScaleConsole subscription charge. ScaleConsole does not currently collect a subscription payment method. Any future paid offering will present its pricing and payment terms separately before charging you. Charges by Meta or other connected services are separate.

Features may change as the service develops. Availability also depends on the APIs, permissions, processing delays, rate limits and outages of connected providers. We may restrict access that threatens the service or violates these terms.

Reports and imported settings

Profit Tracker calculates operational estimates from connected data and the costs, fee assumptions, currency rates and settings you provide. Missing costs, delays, refunds, disputes and incomplete provider access can affect results. Review completeness warnings, imported values and the calculation basis before relying on a report.

Reports are tools for running your business; they are not a substitute for your accounting records or professional financial, tax or legal advice. Verify exports and retain copies of records important to your business.

Advertising actions

You choose the ad account, media, content, destination, audience, budget and other settings for each launch. ScaleConsole creates campaigns, ad sets and ads paused for your review. Review the resulting objects in Meta Ads Manager before activating them. You are responsible for advertising content, targeting, compliance with Meta's policies and any spend you activate.

If a launch reports an uncertain result or needs review, inspect the saved Meta identifiers and Ads Manager before starting a replacement launch. An interrupted request may have created objects even when a completion message was not received.

Third-party services and data

Connecting a service does not transfer ownership of that account to ScaleConsole. Each provider's own terms continue to apply. You can disconnect integrations or revoke access at the provider. The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled, and the data deletion page explains removal options.

Deleting a ScaleConsole workspace does not delete a Shopify store, provider transactions, or advertisements already created in Meta. Manage those records in the relevant service.

Processing store customer data

For customer information read from your Shopify store, you determine the purposes of processing as the merchant/controller. ScaleConsole acts as your service provider/processor for the reporting and store-management functions you authorize. Your instructions consist of connecting your store, requesting reports and exports, saving configuration, and submitting verified support or privacy requests. You are responsible for having authority and an appropriate basis to provide those instructions.

The processing covers recent orders, customer first/last names, destination countries, product and payment/refund information described in the Privacy Policy, for the duration needed to provide the authorized service and handle applicable deletion or security obligations. We limit processing to those instructions, confidentiality, security and applicable legal requirements. We do not sell this customer data, use it for unrelated marketing, or train AI models with it.

You authorize the infrastructure providers disclosed in the Privacy Policy, including Supabase for authentication/server processing/storage and Vercel for the web application. Their service terms, security controls and applicable transfer arrangements govern their infrastructure processing. We will inform merchants of material changes to the providers or processing purposes through an updated notice and, where appropriate, account contact before the change takes effect. Contact support if you object so we can assess an alternative or end the affected service.

We restrict access, protect provider credentials, maintain minimal data-access records, and assist with verified access, correction, deletion and incident enquiries within the service's scope. We will inform affected merchants of a confirmed customer-data security breach without undue delay, with available facts and follow-up information. Retention and removal follow the Privacy Policy; merchant downloads and source records in Shopify remain under your control. Reasonable requests for information about these practices may be sent to the contact below.
