Data deletion

Last updated: October 23, 2026

You can stop provider access, remove saved workspace information, or request deletion of your entire ScaleConsole account.

Disconnect Meta from a workspace

  1. Sign in to ScaleConsole and open the relevant store workspace.
  2. Open Connections, find the Meta ad account, and choose Disconnect.
  3. Repeat for any other workspace where you explicitly saved or reused that connection.

Disconnecting removes that workspace's saved Meta connection and encrypted credential. It stops future requests using that connection. It does not remove your saved drafts, uploaded media, launch history, or copies of the connection in other workspaces.

Revoke Facebook authorization

In your Facebook settings, open Business Integrations, find ScaleConsole, and remove it. This revokes the app's authorization at Meta. If Facebook lists the app under Apps and Websites instead, remove it there. Facebook's interface labels may vary.

Revoking authorization and deleting saved ScaleConsole data are separate actions. For removal of saved information, use the workspace controls below or send a deletion request.

Disconnect or uninstall Shopify

In the store workspace's Connections screen, choose Disconnect for Shopify. This removes that workspace's connection. If you explicitly connected the same shop to another workspace, its shared app credential remains available there until the last connection is removed.

To revoke the shared app's access for the entire shop, uninstall ScaleConsole from the apps section of your Shopify admin. Shopify notifies ScaleConsole of uninstall and privacy requests. Uninstalling does not delete your Shopify store or the records held by Shopify.

Shopify customer data and shop deletion requests are tracked for review. ScaleConsole does not keep a customer or order database; it retrieves reports when requested. Shared app credentials and connection metadata are removed as part of shop redaction once authorization has ended. A newer active authorization is preserved pending review. Costs, shipping profiles, imported configuration and other merchant-entered workspace data may need a separate review and deletion. Workspace owners can review available data requests in ScaleConsole; please contact support if a request needs attention or the workspace is no longer available.

Remove a workspace and its saved data

  1. Remove uploaded videos through Meta Ad Launcher. Resolve any launch that is in progress or marked as needing review.
  2. Open the store's settings and choose Delete workspace.
  3. Read the confirmation and enter the exact workspace name to confirm deletion.

Workspace deletion removes its saved configuration, provider connections and credentials, and database records. If deletion is blocked by an unfinished launch or remaining files, contact us so the records can be reviewed safely.

This does not delete your Shopify store, payment-provider records, or videos and ads already sent to Meta. Delete those separately in the relevant provider. Copies of exports downloaded to your own device are also outside ScaleConsole's control.

Request account or connected-service data deletion

Email with the subject ScaleConsole data deletion request.

Send the request from your ScaleConsole sign-in email and tell us whether you want your entire account deleted or only specific workspaces or connected-service data. If you cannot access that email, explain the issue so we can arrange an ownership check.

We may ask for the workspace name or a non-secret account identifier to locate the records and verify authority. Do not send passwords, access tokens or payment card information. We will respond to confirm the scope, identify any information that must be retained under applicable requirements, and confirm when the requested deletion has been completed.

Deleted records are removed from active service data. Infrastructure backups and operational logs may remain for their applicable retention periods; they are not used as active workspace data.

Read the Privacy Policy for more about the information ScaleConsole handles.
