Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 23, 2026

This policy explains how ScaleConsole, operated under the SKOUL GROUP name, handles information when you use its store workspaces, Profit Tracker, and Meta Ad Launcher.

Information used by ScaleConsole

How this information is used

We use this information to authenticate you, keep your workspaces separate from other users, display the accounts you can connect, calculate and display reports, import and export configuration, save your settings, and carry out the advertising actions you request. It is also used to troubleshoot errors, protect access to the service, and respond to support and data requests.

Profit reports are retrieved from connected providers when requested and displayed in your browser. Saved workspace configuration, connections, uploaded media and launch records are retained in ScaleConsole. Exported files are downloaded to the device you use. Profile photos and workspace icons are resized and stored privately for display within your account. You can replace or remove them in Profile settings or Edit store.

Shopify connection and store data

Shopify handles authorization for the shared ScaleConsole app. The permissions you approve allow ScaleConsole to read the store identity, products, orders, customer names and destination countries, and Shopify Payments account, payout, fee, refund and dispute information needed for profit reporting. ScaleConsole does not need customer email addresses, phone numbers or street addresses for these reports. Access to older orders and protected customer data depends on Shopify's approval and the permissions granted to the app.

Shopify access and renewal credentials are encrypted on the server. When you explicitly connect the same shop to more than one of your workspaces, those workspaces share a single installation credential. Disconnecting one workspace does not disconnect your other workspaces. Uninstalling ScaleConsole in Shopify revokes the shared app's access for that shop.

Order and customer reports are fetched when requested; ScaleConsole does not maintain a customer or order database. We retain limited identifiers and status records needed to handle Shopify privacy requests. A customer data request is made available to the relevant workspace owner for review and response. Customer redaction removes matching request identifiers held by ScaleConsole. Shop redaction removes shared app credentials and connection metadata once authorization has ended. A newer active authorization is preserved pending review. Merchant-entered costs, shipping settings and other retained workspace records may require review and separate deletion. Receiving a request does not mean that every requested action has already been completed.

Meta and Facebook Login

When you connect Meta, Facebook handles authorization. ScaleConsole receives the permissions and token needed for the access you grant, together with permitted account information. Reporting access is used to list permitted ad accounts and retrieve spend. Advertising access, when granted, is used to upload selected videos and create the campaigns, ad sets, creatives and ads you request.

ScaleConsole creates campaigns, ad sets and ads in a paused state for review in Meta Ads Manager. Your selected advertising assets and settings are sent to Meta as part of those actions. Access to an asset also depends on your permissions in Meta. ScaleConsole does not sell Meta platform data or use it to build advertising profiles for unrelated businesses.

You can remove an individual connection in ScaleConsole and revoke the app's authorization in Facebook's Business Integrations settings. These are separate actions. Removing authorization does not automatically erase saved ScaleConsole settings or launch history. See the data deletion instructions.

Service providers and data sharing

Media Downloader sends the links you submit to their source platforms from an isolated Vercel processing session. It does not use your connected Meta credentials or ask for social-platform cookies. Source links, media details and downloaded files in that session expire within 30 minutes of the batch starting. The ZIP is transferred to your browser when you request it. A minimal session identifier and expiry record are kept to prevent overlapping batches; temporary downloaded media is not added to your permanent workspace library.

Vercel hosts the web application and temporary media processing. Supabase provides authentication, database storage, private video storage and server functions. Connected services such as Meta, Shopify, Google Drive, Stripe and PayPal receive requests necessary for the integrations you choose. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

The application loads its interface font from Google Fonts. Browser requests to infrastructure and font providers can include network information such as an IP address. We may access relevant information to provide support or protect the service, and may disclose information when required by applicable law.

Storage, security and retention

Provider credentials are encrypted on the server and are not returned by connection APIs to the browser. Uploaded videos are stored in a private bucket; temporary signed links permit previews and the Meta uploads you request. Workspace access is restricted to its authenticated owner.

Your browser stores your ScaleConsole authentication session so you can remain signed in. The Meta and Shopify connection processes use temporary browser state to verify authorization returns and associate the connection with your workspace. No advertising or analytics tracking cookie is added by ScaleConsole's application code.

We retain saved account and workspace information while it is needed to provide the service or until you remove it or request deletion. Disconnecting an integration removes that saved connection; a shared Shopify credential is retained only while another connected workspace needs it. This does not erase other workspace records or connections you explicitly saved in another workspace. Minimal installation and request records may remain to process privacy requests and prevent duplicate or replayed events. We review access records for removal after 90 days and completed privacy-request metadata and webhook receipts after 30 days, unless still needed for an open request or a documented security/legal purpose. Unresolved privacy requests are reviewed until handled rather than silently aged out. Backups and operational logs may remain for the infrastructure provider's applicable retention period and are not used as active workspace data.

Your choices and requests

You can edit workspace settings, export supported records, disconnect integrations, remove videos, and delete eligible workspaces in ScaleConsole. For account deletion, access, correction, or other privacy requests, contact from the email associated with your ScaleConsole account. We may ask for information needed to verify ownership. Do not include passwords, access tokens, or payment card details.

If you are a customer of a store connected to ScaleConsole, contact that store about your order or its use of your information. We can also receive questions at the contact above. Your privacy rights may vary according to applicable law.
